How long can the construction of a tiny-house on wheels take?

For a new design, we always make a series of detailed plans. Once the sales contract is signed, we order the trailer and there is a delay of 4 to 6 weeks before the reception. When you are ready to sign the sale contract, there is a 40% down paiement to start the construction process and order all the materials including the trailer. The only way to book your place on our building line is to sign a sale contract. Note that it is still possible to sign a contract and book a building spot even if you’re not ready to start the construction. In this case, a 40% down payment is required 6 weeks before the start date to order the trailer.
Next step is to create a customized model considering your needs and your budget. A document of 12 pages of plans is provided to the client, as well as the final submission of your project.
